Your tasks in our team:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee tax and VAT returns, ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations.
• Reporting & Communication: Handle daily and monthly reporting between local accounts and HQ.
• Customer Support: Manage more complex customer inquiries, handling detailed email communications, and telephone support.
• Inventory & Contract Management: Maintain customer data and manage contracts in the Real Garant inventory system.
• Payroll Assistance: Support the monthly payroll administration process.
• Warranty Management: Create and update product entries in the warranty management system.
• Administrative Support: Assist with contract Import and document processing.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Additional Support: Assist with customer support tasks as needed, while primarily focusing on the forwarded tasks.

That's what we want from you:

• Educational & Professional Background: You have an administrative background.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken Dutch and French are mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Personal Strengths: You are reliable, communicative, and a strong team player.
• Work Style: Service-oriented, results-driven, and committed to high-quality work.
